These terms govern your use of brandedlinks.org, operated by Hutch Media Group Ltd (company number 11728407), registered office 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
The service
Brandedlinks lets you create short links on your own domain, manage them, and see click statistics. Each account is set up with one domain.
Your domain
You buy and own your domain independently, through whichever registrar you choose. We never take ownership of, or pay for, your domain, and you're responsible for renewing it directly with your registrar. We help you point it at our service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content of the links you create. Don't use the service to redirect to anything illegal, to distribute malware, or to send spam.
Subscription and billing
The service is billed as a subscription (monthly or annual, in GBP or USD, per the pricing shown at sign-up). Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a period.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Ending your account
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, particularly around illegal or abusive use. You can close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
