Brandedlinks.org is operated by Hutch Media Group Ltd (company number 11728407), registered office 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “our”).
What we collect
- Your email address, when you create an account (directly, or via Google sign-in).
- The domain and short links you create, and the destination URLs they redirect to.
- Basic click data for your links: when a click happened, the referring page, the visitor's country, and their browser/device string. We do not store IP addresses or precise location.
- If you subscribe, your Stripe customer and subscription reference. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment collection and storage directly; we only hold a reference to your subscription.
Why we collect it
To run the service: showing you your own links and their stats, keeping your account secure, and billing your subscription.
Where it's stored
Account and link data is stored with Supabase, hosted in the EU (Ireland). The application runs on Vercel. Payment information is held by Stripe. None of your data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We don't currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your account and its data at any time by emailing hello@hutchmedia.group. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records for tax purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email.
